Building a winning portfolio: Our goal at Wolf Pack Training is to build a winning portfolio of personal character to aid in overcoming life’s obstacles and achieving success on the playing field. The attributes we are committed to teaching are discipline, dedication, communication, teamwork, good sportsmanship, and perseverance.

Creating and instilling a high-performance mindset: The program is not only designed to teach skill but instill a deeper understanding that the execution of skill is paramount to success. We are focused on fostering a culture that embraces the mindset of both personal and team success where a competitive state is essential. Delivering our strategy will require relentless execution. This in turn will produce enhanced performance ultimately leading our program athletes in overcoming difficult challenges.

Building personal connection: Our program is not tailored to mechanical routines, but rather a distinct personal connection to the athletes. We are committed to connect with each athlete, providing feedback that is relative and constructive. We will work to gather and quantify data that will monitor performance and document progress.

Program mentality and culture: The strength of the wolf is the pack, and the strength of the pack is the wolf. There will be a balanced focus on independent, personal growth interwoven with team reliance. We will create an environment and emphasize a culture for all athletes that is welcoming, free of ridicule, and based on safety and confidence. We will teach trust in self, trust in one another, and trust in the collective process.
